Lueders Environmental is currently seeking an experienced Lawn Care Technician to join our team. We operate out of a new facility in Medfield and we take great pride in servicing the Lawn Care needs of homeowners throughout eastern Massachusetts.
- Our technicians are skilled and knowledgeable about the treatment and care of lawns. We work diligently to prevent and treat lawn health issues. And through our technicians, we build lasting relationships with clients and homeowners.

Lueders Environmental is currently seeking an experienced Plant Care Technician to join our team. Operating out of our new facility in Medfield we service Plant Care needs of homeowners throughout eastern Massachusetts.
- Our plant health care focus is on ensuring the health and well-being of trees and shrubs on our clients’ landscapes
- We bring knowledge, experience, and skill to monitoring, diagnosing, and treating Plant Care pest and disease issues
- We take care and responsibility for selecting the most appropriate approach and treatment for each plant heath care challenge
- A strong candidate would: be passionate about plants and the conservation and care of them; and have plant ID knowledge; and the ability to safely and effectively use plant health care products and equipment

Lueders Tree and Landscape is currently seeking an experienced professional arborist passionate about the health, care, and cultivation of trees and shrubs.
Reach out to us if you have:
- Experience with proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals
- A working ability to identify tree and shrub species and a knowledge of their care
- Three years or more of climbing/rigging experience and practical knowledge of safely operating lifts, rigging, chainsaws and other horticultural equipment
- A commitment to providing high quality tree care for our clients
- The ability to work with and lead a team in all aspects of pruning, tree removals, cable bracing and other professional aspects of tree care
Lueders Tree and Landscape is seeking an experienced ornamental and tree pruner with 1-3 years of experience (or related education). This is a full time, year-round opportunity for a fine pruner of ornamental trees and shrubs.
A strong candidate would be cultivating experience and skills in ornamental hand snip pruning, shade tree pruning, climbing and cabling, airspade and other preservation practices, and planting. If desired, there is also opportunity to gain knowledge of plant health care.
Lueders Tree and Landscape is seeking a sales professional who combines a passion for trees, shrubs, and landscapes with a passion for advising property owners on their landscapes care, health, and beauty. If you have proven sales and service experience in arboriculture and horticulture, or if you have the breadth of practical knowledge and field experience to become a sales and service professional, consider joining our team.
This is a full time, year-round opportunity for a knowledgeable, experienced Arborist to consult with our clients regarding the care of their Trees, Shrubs and Landscape needs.
This position is best suited to an individual who likes working with clients, building relationships, is curious, organized and enjoys diagnosing plant development needs while providing quality recommendations and managing the needed services.
